Learning process through Case based learning in immersive group sessions under guidance of experienced ICR Faculty.

To provide opportunity for everyone to enhance their competence in SCR system and also invite them to be a part of the Institute.

To create uniform learning experience across all MLDMHO centres.

To overcome the hurdle of distance and time.

Methodology

Teaching Approach

ICR FACULTY MEMBERS will lead the group on rotational basis with 1 Consultant faculty member taking charge of the sessions for that particular case.
Each case will have specific Objectives & Directives on basis of which the sessions would be conducted.
No of sessions for each case will depend on educational dimensions of case.

Outcome of the Programme

Case Submissions

Submit 5 complete case workings in SCR format over the course year

Workshop Attendance

Mandatory attendance of 1 SCR Workshop in person

SCR Certification

Fulfill requirements for SCR Certification test attempt

Programme Expectations

Participants are encouraged and expected to submit 1 complete case working bimonthly from their regular practice in SCR format and get it corrected from consultant faculty.
This will enable to participants to submit 5 workings by the end of a year.
They will also have to attend 1 SCR WORKSHOP in person during the next 1 year.
This will fulfil the requirements for attempting SCR Certification test.
It is expected that the participants attempt the test and clear it.
Those who have already been SCR certified will also submit the cases to progress in their MICR process.
Institute encourages everyone to move in their SCR/ MICR journey so that they can take up active roles in the institute.
